Other yoga poses for beginners are yogic sleep, child pose, butterfly pose etc.
How much time should you need to spend on each asana?
The first question of most of the beginners is, “how much time they should spend for every yoga pose?” The most common answer is, “it depends on the person”.
The beginners are able to hold a pose for a maximum of a few seconds and they can practice for around 10-15 minutes initially. As you have sufficient grasp on yoga, you can do for more time and it may last for 60 to 90 minutes.
