Everyone wants to have a stronger, sleeker arms. It's something that smart women think it is difficult to accomplish. Baptiste yoga exercises work tremendously in making the arms longer, leaner, and you will not hesitate to bare during warm weather. You can practice this yoga poses at home. You can jump or march after each exercise to increase your calorie burn and get results faster.

Chaturanga Dandasana

From Plank, press the thumb and index finger of each hand and make your palms flat. Bend your elbows at 90degrees above wrist and then lift your upper body slightly and raise your rest body. Attach the arm bones to your back and open towards your chest. Stretch your body, lift your front ribs and lower belly.

This baptiste yoga pose helps in toning the arms, strengthening the shoulders, and leg muscles. So practice this yoga pose to get toned arms.

Urdhva Mukha Svanasana

Press your palms on the floor and try to raise your upper body by keeping your face upward. At the same time touch the tips of your toes to the ground. Keep your body in this position on the quadricep stand of two hands and toes. In this position you press the palms on the ground , stretch the hands away as you pull your upper arm bones back, and lift and stretch your chest. Stay in this position for couple of minutes and loose your elbows slightly.

Though this baptiste yoga has so many benefits like increasing digestion, decreasing back pain etc. But it tones your arms and makes them stronger.

Bakasana

In this yoga pose you have to make your face downward, walk on your palms by lifting your legs above the ground. Put your hands straight on the ground at a shoulder-distance apart, and press your palms on the ground and then bend your elbows. Keep your body weight on your hands, and put your knees on the back of your upper arms near the armpits. Now transfer your body weight forward and try to raise your feet. Then  raise your hips toward the ceiling. Do this yoga by keeping 5–10 breaths. Then, breathe out and go back to Chaturanga, and move like Upward-Facing Dog and Downward-Facing Dog, or go back to Downward-Facing Dog.


The main benefits of this baptiste yoga are , it strengthens arms and wrists, tones the arms, stretches the upper back and makes the abdominal muscles stronger. You can try this yoga to tone your arms.
